    If we sent you the wrong item, let us know as soon as you received them, and well fix it faster than you can say "lash queen".

    No refunds for change of mind or if your cute cat knocked your lashes off the counter. We cant take back opened or used lash extensions. Hygiene first, always!

    Our lash products are for professional use only, so please leave the magic to the pros.
